Order Information

Please make sure all the information you supply is correct. We reserve the right to charge $10.00 for any order changes or cancellations. Any cancellations after orders are processed are subject to restocking charges.

All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping & handling are not included in the item prices.

Federal, state or city tax is not included in the item/unit price. State tax is collected for Illinois only. All others pay directly to state.

Most orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days of order placement. This does not included weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the same order in which they are received.

When shipped by UPS ground or truck, allow 5 to 10 business days after shipment for delivery. Air delivery is available upon request for most items.

Most Nixalite orders are shipped UPS ground service. If too large or heavy for UPS, Nixalite will ship by truck. Oversize and/or heavy items require additional shipping and handling fees and may require additional delivery time.

Alternate shipping arrangements may be available. Contact Nixalite for details. Additional handling fees will apply.

We attempt to ship orders complete - however partial shipments may be necessary at times.

All prices are subject to change without prior notification.
International Orders

$100.00 minimum order for International orders not including shipping & handling costs or taxes.

Orders from Canadian commercial customers must include a valid GST number. If not using UPS delivery, we must have your Import Broker information. When shipped by UPS, UPS acts as the Import Broker.

International Invoices DO NOT include import tariffs, taxes, duties or other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Terms of Sale

All payments to Nixalite of America Inc must be made in U.S. funds (U.S. Dollars) only.

Nixalite of America Inc accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for credit card payment.

Certified checks, money orders and wire transfer of funds are accepted payment when supplied before or with your order.

Additional charges will be applied to all payments that are returned, refused, cancelled, contested or have non-sufficient funds.

Orders paid by check are subject to a holding period before shipment.

Net 30 Terms are available pending credit approval. All Net 30 orders must be accompanied by a written purchase order and signed credit agreement.

To apply for terms, complete Nixalite's Credit Application & Financial Agreement form. Do not make changes to the terms or the form as changes void the application. Sign and date where indicated, make a copy for your records and send the original back to Nixalite.

Delinquent accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge on unpaid balances plus collection costs.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All transactions are subject to government regulations at time of purchase.

Nixalite of America Inc reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
Installation Warranty/Guarantee - Nixalite of America Inc cannot make warranties, guarantees nor representations, expressed or implied, concerning individual installations because there are too many factors beyond our control. As a product manufacturer/distributor, Nixalite of America Inc does not install, apply or otherwise employ any of the products we offer. As we do not install the products, we can not control the manner in which they are installed.
Nixalite of America Inc - Return Policies
If you need to return a product ordered from our website, nixalite.com, please review the following Nixalite of America Inc online order return policies.

No returns are allowed after 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must be new and unused. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the items were received damaged or defective.

A Nixalite Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form from Nixalite is required before returning any items. Nixalite's written RGA form must accompany your return shipment.

All returned items (unless received damaged or defective) must be shipped pre-paid to Nixalite of America Inc. Please do not ship anything back to Nixalite without prior authorization.

All returns must have a Nixalite-issued RGA number clearly marked on each package. Returns received must also have RGA forms attached or enclosed in the package.

Upon receipt of the Nixalite RGA number, return items packaged securely with the RGA form to:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or defective. If package and Items were damaged in transit a claim may have to filed with the shipping carrier.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
