Stainless HD cable guide clamp

Tensioned Cable Hardware - Provides a solid perimeter and support foundation to which all types of bird netting can be fastened. 

Cable Guides - Hardware designed to keep the cable close to the installation surface and prevent gaps between the surface and the bird netting.

Stainless HD Cable Guide Clamp
  • Stainless HD Cable Guide Clamps are used as Cable Guides on no drill metal surfaces less than ¾” thick.
  • All stainless steel construction clamp with saw tooth back and bottom jaws. Holds smooth surfaces tightly. Simple, versatile and long lasting cable guide.
  • Net Cable runs behind the tightened bolt of the installed clamp.
  • Install all cable guides every 2 feet along the path of a straight cable run. Tighter spacing (closer together) may be needed on curved or complex surfaces to keep the cable close to the installation surfaces.
  • Stainless HD Cable Guide Clamps are sold in packages of 10 each.

  • Fasten the Stainless HD Cable Guide Clamp using the included stainless steel clamp bolt. Will fit over steel and metal edges or flanges up to ¾” thick.
  • Push clamp flush to steel. Tighten bolt. Pass the net cable in the gap between the bolt and back of clamp.
When and Where to Use the Stainless HD Cable Guide Clamp:

The Stainless HD Cable Guide Clamps are designed to be used as Cable Guides on no-drill metal edges that are less than ¾” thick. Used with the tensioned perimeter cable systems for bird netting.
Stainless HD Cable Guide Clamp Installation Tips:
  • Make sure the bolt is accessible after installation.
  • Run the cable in the gap between the bolt and the back of the clamp.
  • DO NOT install on soft or hollow surfaces or materials. Contact Nixalite for alternative fastening on these surfaces.
  • IMPORTANT: Always make sure the the surface will support the tension from the cable system. Do not attach corner hardware to surfaces in poor condition or where there is no structural support.
  • Always follow the Cable and Cable Hardware maintenance schedules available from Nixalite of America Inc.
