What is the NFPA 701 Standard?
NFPA 701 sets the standards for testing textiles and films for fire propagation. This test is not determining if the item is flame proof, but it's resistance to ignition and flame propagation in specific conditions.
The REDBIRD netting samples tested meets the requirements outlined in Chapter 15 of NFPA 701-2019, Test Method 2 and NFPA 701-2015, Test Method 1
